When a box appears asking what you want to do, choose the option to save the file (the button marked Save or Save File).
Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file, then click the Save button.
The file will take a minute or so (depending on the speed of your internet connection) to download to your computer.
Go into My Computer (or Windows Explorer, whichever you normally use) and locate the folder containing the file you've just saved.
Double-click the file.
A box titled 'yoga bloke Setup' appears, asking you to select the folder where you'd like to install the screensaver.
Don't change anything; just click Install, then wait a few seconds until you see the 'Display Properties' box.
If you want to see the screensaver in action, click Preview.
To stop the preview, move the mouse or press a key.
Click OK to close the Display Properties window.
If you can see the 'yoga bloke Setup' box, click OK.
The next time you leave your computer untouched long enough, the screensaver will kick in.
